
Channel Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Partner Acquisition & Management**: Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with channel partners, Dealers, brokers, and real estate agents.
- **Sales & Revenue Growth**: Drive property sales through an extensive channel partner network and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- **Training & Support**: Provide training and regular updates to channel partners on projects, pricing, and offers.
- **Lead Generation**: Collaborate with channel partners to generate and qualify leads.
- **Event Management**: Organize and participate in events, expos, and promotional activities to enhance business growth.
- **Reporting & Coordination**: Maintain sales reports, track partner performance, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in channel sales, real estate, or related fields.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Understanding of the real estate market, brokerage networks, and sales processes.
- **Proactive & Target-Driven**: Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
