Customer Service Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
**Following the collection process and maintaining customer payment records**. Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made. **resolving overdue bills and collecting payments.**
**Role**:
- making calls to the customer and updating them on the payment overdue daily
- Follow up with the customer and make them pay on time.
- maintain records for the calls made and payments collected.
- Escalate challenges in collection with Sales and Management
- Coordinate with 3rd party collection agency incases where needed
**Required skills**:
- Fluency in Hindi and English
- Good in MS Office & Mailing
- Time management.
- Tally ERP Knowledge would be nice to have
- Good Coordination skill.
**Salary**: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
