We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. Your role will involve assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
- Accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including stocking supplies and merchandise as needed.
- Contribute to team goals and initiatives by actively participating in meetings and training sessions.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional service to customers.

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
