Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities
- **Providing information**: Educate customers about products, services, policies, pricing, and availability
- **Resolving issues**: Help customers resolve problems, including complaints and escalated issues
- **Providing technical support**: Help customers who are having trouble with products, services, or online platforms
- **Demonstrating products**: Show customers how to use products to help them stay satisfied
- **Creating policies**: Create and update policies and procedures for customer service staff to follow
- **Leading a team**: Manage and oversee a team of customer service representatives
- **Collaborating with colleagues**: Work with other colleagues to improve customer service
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
