Customer Service Assistant

A customer support executive's job is to help customers with their questions and problems, and to ensure they have a positive experience. Their responsibilities include:
- **Providing information**Giving customers accurate information about products, services, and policies
- **Resolving issues**Diagnosing problems, offering solutions, and following up to ensure issues are resolved
- **Record keeping**Maintaining customer records in a CRM system, documenting interactions, and identifying patterns
- **Gathering feedback**Soliciting feedback, conducting surveys, and monitoring customer satisfaction scores
- **Building relationships**Nurturing good relationships with clients
- **Hiring and managing a team**Hiring, directing, and monitoring a team of customer service representatives
- **Advocating for customers**Highlighting the importance of staying customer-focused when an organization is working on a new product or strategy
Customer support executives should have strong communication skills, empathy, active listening, patience, responsibility, dependability, and leadership.

Pay: ₹13,000.12 - ₹17,000.40 per month
