**Designation - Custom Documentation Executive**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Custom Documentation Creation**:
- Develop, format, and finalize client-specific or project-specific documentation, including user manuals, training guides, technical specifications, proposals, and reports.
- Ensure that all documentation aligns with brand guidelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:
- Work closely with internal teams such as sales, engineering, product development, and legal to gather detailed requirements for documentation.
- Liaise with clients to understand and incorporate their unique needs into the documentation process.
- **Documentation Management**:
- Maintain and organize a repository of templates and completed documentation for easy access and reuse.
- Update existing documents to reflect changes in policies, processes, or products.
- **Quality Assurance**:
- Conduct thorough reviews of documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and grammatical precision.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and perform necessary revisions.
- **Process Optimization**:
- Propose and implement improvements to the documentation process for increased efficiency and quality.
- Research and adopt industry best practices in technical writing and documentation management.
- **Tools and Technology**:
- Use relevant tools and software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, content management systems (CMS), and documentation-specific tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, RoboHelp, or Confluence).
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Educational Background**:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 2-5 years in documentation, technical writing, or a related role.
- Experience in creating custom, client-focused documentation is a strong advantage.
- **Key Competencies**:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing requirements.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
