We are seeking a Documentation Executive - Container Entry for India Night Shift (US Day shift) at our Mumbai Office. Employees that mirror the values of the organization will have opportunities to advance into roles with increased responsibility.

**Our Team**

**What You Will Do
- Export container detail entry
- Capture container details in FOPS timely and accurately to comply with documentation cutoffs and minimize the work and expense associated with container detail revisions post-sailing
- Track containers on Clear Metal/SSL's website to ensure container numbers reported by supplier/trucker match the container numbers reported by the Shipping lines.
- Escalate potential data inaccuracies to transportation dispatchers.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Possess good English communication skills, both oral and written.

- Should have critical thinking skill sets.
- Should be a self-starter with a high level of motivation.
- Should have keen eye for details
