We are a rapidly growing dental materials startup engaged in the manufacturing, trading, and export of premium-quality dental consumables and equipment. Our product portfolio includes acrylic teeth & denture bases, waxes, sodium alginate, silicone-based impression materials, dental cements, endodontic medicament's, and dental plasters.

We are driven by innovation, quality, and clinical reliability — and are now looking for a passionate Quality Control Executive to join our team and support our vision of delivering world-class dental solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Quality Inspection & Testing**
- Conduct quality inspections at all stages of production - Raw Materials, In-Process (Semi-Finished), and Finished Products.
- Perform dispatch audits to ensure product compliance before shipment.
- Execute physical and chemical testing to verify quality standards, including but not limited to:

- pH measurement
- Viscosity
- Mesh size
- Density
- Other relevant physical/chemical parameters

**Documentation & Compliance**
- Prepare, maintain, and update inspection reports, test records, and documentation in compliance with ISO 13485 and other regulatory standards.
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring traceability and accuracy of QC data.

**Instrumentation & Process Control**
- Oversee calibration, maintenance, and validation of laboratory instruments and testing equipment.
- Continuously monitor, review, and improve quality control methods to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and product consistency.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Identify process gaps, propose corrective/preventive actions, and collaborate with production and R&D teams to implement solutions.
- Contribute to the development of SOPs, quality manuals, and inspection protocols.

**Required Qualifications**
- M.Sc. in Applied/Organic Chemistry (First Division).

**Experience**
- 2-4 years of experience in Quality Control / Laboratory Testing in the Chemical, Pharma, or Dental Materials industry.
- Freshers with strong fundamentals and a keen interest in QC are encouraged to apply.

**Desirable Skills & Attributes**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret test results and quality data.
- Capability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
