The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for ensuring products meet established standards of quality, reliability, and performance. This role involves conducting tests, inspections, and audits to identify issues and maintain the integrity of the production process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
- Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
- Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.
- Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
- Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
- Communicate the results of inspections and provide guidance to production staff on quality issues.
- Monitor production operations to ensure conformance to company specifications.
- Investigate and troubleshoot product or production problems.
- Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.
- Maintain calibration of quality control equipment.
- Train and oversee other quality control inspectors.
