**The role will be based in Noida.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations in all aspects of food production.
- Conduct product testing and analysis to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Investigate and resolve any quality-related issues or customer complaints.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality control activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality control practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, BSC Food Tech, MSC Food Tech related experience in FMCG (Bread, Cookies)
- 1-2 years of experience in Quality, or Production within the food industry.
- Good knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficient in using quality control tools and software.
