Preparation of certificate of Analysis (COA) and Material Safety Data Sheet(MSDS)
- Perform analysis with a practical understanding of the test procedure and instrument

operation;
- Handling of Instruments like GC, GC-MS is must (Carrier Oils & Essential Oils Testing)
- Handling of Calibration of various instruments involved in the testing of samples.
- Work under direction provided by QC-Head and Other duties as assigned;
- Maintain required level of training needed to perform a GMP task;
- Organize work schedule to complete assigned tasks efficiently and on schedule;
- Perform laboratory analysis right first time, documentation, analyze and document the

results;
- Handle Audits like GMP, ISO 22000, Organic & Customer Audit.
- Must Handle Customer Complain if any.
- Handle Customer queries & Provide documents as required like MOA,COA & MSDS.
- Maintain accurate record of analysis and perform documentation to company standards;
- Prepare Standard solutions, volumetric solutions, volumetric solutions Standardization

and samples used in analysis;
- Support of various stability study protocols and execution of study tests;
- Preparation of laboratory reagents and samples; operation of instruments; data analysis;
- preparation of analytical reports; notebook documentation;
- Potential for exposure to hazardous chemicals, gases, fumes, odors, mists, and dusts,

and other hazardous materials.
- Familiar with different Pharmacopeia’s.
- Preparation of SOPs & RM Specifications.
- Testing knowledge of Essential Oils, Carrier Oils etc.
- Familiar with Raw Material testing, BIS and ICH Guidelines.
- Detailed knowledge of quality management systems, current Good Manufacturing
- Practices, expertise with QC principles and compliance requirements
- Basic understanding of GMP/GLP.
- Must have at 1-4 years of relevant laboratory experience in Quality Control Department.
- B.Sc./M.Sc in Chemistry from an accredited institution.
- Excellent documentation, written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Testing experience within the Food, Flavors & pharmaceutical industry is must.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
