**AEI Technologies is urgent hiring for Export **Quality Control & Assurance** **with minimum 3 year of experience in Mattel Furniture Export Department.**

**Qualification**: Any Graduate with good exposure in Furniture Industries.

**Salary**: starting from INR 15000 - 20000/ CTC

**Location**: Partapur, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh

**Job Discerptions**:
Ø Guide and Oversee the quality control function and manufacturing quality function to meet quality standards for materials, products, FG, Packing, Logistics Quality, Mock-ups, etc.,

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Ø Formulate and set quality policies according to global furniture quality standards and legal regulations for quality control function.
Lead special inspection tool design process.

Ø Manage the disposal of non-conforming material, components and products, ensuring that company and product quality requirements are met.

Ø Monitor the verification and follow-up of quality issues occurring at the production line, ensuring all open NCM issues can be closed in a timely manner.

Ø Interface with suppliers/OEMs on inspection methods, test report requirements in technical agreements, master sample sign-off, on-site inspections, sorting arrangement, and NCM components and products disposal method.

Ø Keep drawing issues record and feedback to Product marketing and Engineering team on monthly basis to drive improvement.

Ø Manage and provide material/component test/inspection report to Marketing team for Marketing promotional purpose.

Ø Manage manufacturing quality: process audit, product audit, developing and updating inspection working instructions and control plans, quality awareness training, process non-conformity goods disposal, etc;
Oversee Mock-up/Control Sample quality inspections.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
