Our product portfolio includes acrylic teeth & denture bases, waxes, sodium alginate, silicone-based impression materials, dental cements, endodontic medicaments, and dental plasters.We are driven by innovation, quality, and clinical reliability — and are now looking for a passionate Quality Control Executive to join our team and support our vision of delivering world-class dental solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Inspection & Testing• Conduct quality inspections at all stages of production – Raw Materials, In-Process (Semi-Finished), and Finished Products.• Perform dispatch audits to ensure product compliance before shipment.• Execute physical and chemical testing to verify quality standards, including but not limited to:• p H measurement• Viscosity• Mesh size• Density• Other relevant physical/chemical parametersDocumentation & Compliance• Prepare, maintain, and update inspection reports, test records, and documentation in compliance with ISO 13485 and other regulatory standards.• Support internal and external audits by ensuring traceability and accuracy of QC data.Instrumentation & Process Control• Oversee calibration, maintenance, and validation of laboratory instruments and testing equipment.• Continuously monitor, review, and improve quality control methods to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and product consistency.Continuous Improvement• Identify process gaps, propose corrective/preventive actions, and collaborate with production and R&D teams to implement solutions.• Contribute to the development of SOPs, quality manuals, and inspection protocols.Required Qualifications• M.
