**Position Overview**:
Seeking an experienced **Area Sales Officer** to oversee sales teams, push goal attainment, and maintain superior customer service. Requires extensive industry knowledge and proven experience in sales management.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Recruit, Manage, and develop a team of advisor.
- To meet potential clients in the market.
- Knowledge of insurance market sales.
- Manage the agency budget, monitor expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
- Identify potential customers or clients through research, networking, and referrals
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs.

**Qualification Criteria**:

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Age: 21 to 38 years.
- At least 2+ years of experience in on-field sales functions.
