**Job Opportunity: Area Sales Officer - Dairy**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- All ASO’s/Promoters should start their market work at 7.00’am (Should attend first call point at 7.00am)
- ASO should visit retailers of 30 calls per day & new calls will be 5/nos
- PJP must be follow on daily basis (If any changes required should be get prior approval from reporting manager)
- Expenses bills should reach HO every fortnight 1st and 17th
- DSR distributor wise manual paper must be maintained. This paper should be send to HO before 3rd on every month
- ASO must carry Sales data with Updation.
- Dress code/uniform must be neat & look good appearance.
- Daily basis Target vs Actual details should be reported to reporting manager.
- Infra development - ASO should appoint One distributor with minimum of 100-150/lpd
- Freezer Utilization
- Accountability with HO - No of Freezer available with retailer & documents maintenance with HO SAP
- Freezer billing --distributor to retailer (Min expected volume is required (100ltr-30’lpd, 200ltr-60’ltr)
- Distributor to retailer supply documents (Bills/Acknowledgement) should be collect from Distributor.
- Those who are not maintain volume that freezer will be taken back to plant/HO or transfer to other retailers who buys as per our norms as mentioned above.
- Market Outstanding
- COB confirmation required on monthly basis. Confirmation COB should be reach to HO before 10th-15th.
- No credit for new parties
- Existing parties credit should be reduced zero
- Old outstanding should be reduced zero and make all parties zero
- In operative customer should be updated with collection on weekly basis.
- Existing customers should not reduce their volume
- TCPL _ Transport Cost Per Ltr (Secondary transport) Target must be achieved on monthly basis.
- Primary & Secondary route audit must be done on every month
- Daily reporting should be completed after finishing market work with ASM & plan for next day

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in sales management within the dairy industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Based in Chennai or willing to relocate.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
