As an Area Sales Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations within your designated geographic area to achieve maximum profitability and growth. You will manage a team of sales representatives and ensure they meet or exceed sales targets, foster strong customer relationships, and maintain efficient sales operations.

Locations : (Chennai, Trichy, Coimbatore, Mayiladuthurai ,Theni & Dindigul, Namakkal, Madurai, Nellai)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for the area.
- **Customer Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders within the area.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Sales Planning**: Develop sales plans and forecasts, allocate resources effectively, and monitor performance to ensure objectives are met.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- **Product Promotion**: Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Officer or relevant role in sales management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills to evaluate sales performance and market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field; additional certification in Sales or Marketing is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
