Job Description: Field Sales Officer - Packaging and Containers Industry

Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities
- **Market Research & Lead Generation**: Conduct research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and new business opportunities in the packaging and containers sector.
- **Client Acquisition**: Proactively identify and acquire new clients by visiting businesses, presenting products, and explaining how our packaging solutions meet their needs.
- **Sales Strategy Implementation**: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our market reach.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and distribution partners.
- **Product Presentations**: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our packaging solutions.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- **Account Management**: Provide excellent after-sales support to existing clients and manage accounts to maintain high client satisfaction and retention.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Prepare regular sales reports, analyze market trends, and provide feedback to management on customer needs, competitive activities, and product requirements.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, customer support, and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3+ years of field sales experience in the packaging, containers, or manufacturing industry is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively within assigned territory.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Attributes**: Highly motivated, goal-driven, and customer-focused with the ability to work under pressure and in a competitive environment.
