**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Develop and manage a strong network of **distributors and channel partners** for CCTV and computer hardware products.
- Drive **sales growth** by identifying and onboarding new channel partners.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing distributors.
- **Market Expansion & Customer Engagement**:

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Regularly visit distributors and partners to ensure strong engagement.
- **Revenue & Target Achievement**:

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- **Product Knowledge & Promotion**:

- Provide product demonstrations and training to partners.
- Keep updated with the latest trends in the **CCTV and IT hardware** industry.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 3-10 years in **IT Hardware / CCTV / Surveillance / Computer Peripherals** sales.
- **Education**: Any Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus).
- **Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of **CCTV systems, computer hardware, and distribution channels**.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven ability in **B2B sales, channel management, and distributor handling**.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Knowledge of the latest technology trends in IT and surveillance systems.
- **Location & Travel**: Based in **Chennai** with willingness to travel across the region.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive **salary + incentives** based on performance.

Pay: ₹9,278.80 - ₹35,414.52 per month
