we are hiring Sales Officer (FMCG/OTC)

Job Title: Sales Officer - Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) & Over-The-Counter (OTC) Products

Job Summary:
We are seeking an aggressive and result-oriented Sales Officer to promote our FMCG and OTC products in assigned territories.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Achieve sales targets for FMCG and OTC products.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.

3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

4. Identify new business opportunities and expand product presence.

5. Manage sales teams and provide training/coaching.

6. Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and optimize logistics.

7. Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional activities.

**Requirements**:
1. 3+ years of sales experience in FMCG/OTC industry.

2. Proven track record of sales success.

3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with pharmaceutical or consumer goods companies.

2. Knowledge of sales analytics and market research tools.

3. Sales certifications or training.
