**Key Responsibilities**

**Administrative & Executive Support**
- Manage the owner's calendar, travel plans, meetings, and follow-ups
- Prepare documents, summaries, presentations, and reports as needed
- Take meeting notes and ensure action items are followed through

**Business Operations & Coordination**
- Coordinate between different teams (resort management, marketing, travel operations)
- Maintain ClickUp task boards, follow up on deadlines, and keep projects on track
- Liaise with vendors, travel partners, and collaborators for smooth execution
- Track deliverables and ensure routine updates to the owner

**Marketing & Communication Support**
- Collaborate with digital marketing team and oversee social media post reviews
- Assist in content creation for offers, proposals, and travel itineraries
- Use basic tools like Canva, Google Docs, LinkedIn, and ChatGPT for content and planning
- Manage WhatsApp Business communications and coordinate with guests or clients if needed

Graduate (Business, Hospitality, Travel, or related fields preferred)
2-5 years of EA or project coordination experience
Strong written and spoken English & Hindi
Hands-on with tools like Google Workspace, ClickUp, Canva, and WhatsApp Web
Self-motivated with strong multitasking and organizational skills
Experience in hospitality or travel industry is a **big plus**
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
