**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage flight bookings, ticket issuance, and cancellations for domestic and international destinations.
- Coordinate hotel reservations and ensure all client preferences are met.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, airlines, and customers to resolve booking-related queries.
- Ensure all bookings comply with client requirements and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and provide timely updates to clients.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, airline policies, and hotel offerings.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role within the travel and tourism industry.
- Proficiency in booking platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
