**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage **front office operations** including handling visitors, calls, and general inquiries.
- Perform **bank-related works** such as deposits, withdrawals, cheque submission, DD collections, etc.
- Handle **office errands** like document delivery, purchase of office supplies, and coordination with vendors.
- Support **back-office tasks** such as data entry, filing, documentation, and record maintenance.
- Assist in **mail communication** and basic correspondence with clients and vendors.
- Maintain proper documentation of office and operational records.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support management in other assigned administrative and operational activities.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum **Bachelor’s degree** (any stream).
- Ability to **read, write, and communicate in English**.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to handle **field work and office responsibilities**.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism.

**Experience**:

- 0-2 years of experience in office administration or operations (Freshers can also apply).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
