Office Operations Executive / Office Administrator
Role Objective:
To ensure seamless day-to-day functioning of the office by managing operations, maintaining facilities, supporting employees, and coordinating administrative activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Manage office infrastructure - cleanliness, supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Support HR and Admin in onboarding/offboarding employees (workspace setup, ID cards, etc.)
- Coordinate with finance for petty cash, vendor payments, and office expenses.
- Organize internal events, meetings, and logistics.
- Manage inventory of office supplies, tech equipment, and other resources.
- Act as point of contact for all facility-related issues (internet, electricity, etc.).
- Maintain discipline, attendance logs, and office decorum.
- Assist leadership with operational tasks and ad-hoc requirements.
- Ensure a safe, comfortable, and positive work environment for employees.
Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Open and close office; ensure readiness each morning.
- Check cleanliness, lighting, and workspace orderliness.
- Track attendance of the maintenance team and ensure compliance with office timings.
- Refill office supplies and pantry stocks.
- Coordinate courier/delivery and document dispatches.
- Handle visitor management.
- Liaise with maintenance vendors and service providers.
- Support HR/Admin during interviews or onboarding days.
- Monitor utilities (internet, electricity, AC, etc.) and report issues immediately.
- Keep records of expenses and submit reports weekly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
