Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement the company's operational strategies in course delivery.
- Coordinate across all other functions - faculty, sales, teaching assistants, placement and student engagement.
- Perform a market analysis to identify prominent competitors and conduct a comparative study.
- Provide insights on marketing strategy and course content considering current trends in the industry.
- Ensure the seamless operation of digital learning systems and technology infrastructure in coordination with the product and technology teams,
- Generate daily operations reports for the leadership team, providing insights and recommendations on operations and student engagement.
- Enable operations around session scheduling, student engagement, customer support and content management.
- Effective Resource Management towards operations
- Allocating human and financial resources
- Monitoring staffing needs
- Contributing to recruitment efforts.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the EdTech sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and data analytics.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Day shift
