CourseVita, an innovative ed-tech company, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented **LMS and Operations Executive** to manage our Learning Management System (LMS) and oversee day-to-day operational tasks. The role is integral to ensuring the smooth functioning of our online education platform and delivering a seamless learning experience for our students.

**Key Responsibilities -**

**LMS Management**
- Oversee the setup, administration, and maintenance of CourseVita’s LMS platform.
- Upload and organise course materials, including videos, assignments, and assessments, and ensure content accuracy.
- Provide technical support to students and instructors for LMS access and troubleshoot any issues.

**Operations and Coordination**
- Work closely with instructors, and other departments to ensure course schedules and timelines are met.
- Handle operational logistics, including student enrollments, batch scheduling, communication and certifications.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**
- Track and report student engagement, course completion rates, and other key performance metrics to support ongoing improvements.
- Collect and analyse feedback to enhance the user experience.

**Student Support**
- Address student queries and issues promptly through various communication channels.
- Monitor support tickets and provide resolution or escalate as needed.

**Process Optimization**
- Identify areas for operational improvements and implement best practices for efficiency.
- Document processes, create SOPs, and train team members on platform usage.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in LMS management, operations, or a similar role in ed-tech.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and general software tools (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a focus on delivering an excellent user experience.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
