**About Us**:
**Role Responsibilities**:

- Supervising and coordinating the activities of data entry staff.
- Training new employees on data entry procedures and company policies.
- Monitoring team performance and providing feedback and support as needed.
- Ensuring accurate and timely entry of data into internal systems.
- Inputting data from various sources into an internal database.
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data.
- Establishing and maintaining data entry standards and procedures.
- Conducting regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions.
- Developing and updating data entry protocols to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Utilising data entry software and tools to streamline operations.
- Acting as a liaison between data entry staff and other departments.
- Coordinating with IT and other departments to resolve data-related issues.
- Communicating updates and changes in data entry processes to the team.
- Generating and analysing reports on data entry activities and performance metrics.
- Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Preparing and presenting reports to management.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Providing technical support for data entry systems and tools.
- Addressing and resolving data entry-related issues and queries.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- At least Four years of prior experience in a data entry role.
- Proficient in numerical accuracy, ensuring precision in data handling.
- Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work both independently and in a team..
- Self-motivated and driven to excel in tasks and responsibilities.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving tasks and technologies.
- Familiarity with product specifications, with previous experience in product-related roles considered advantageous.

**What you’ll get working with LEDFlex**
- Salary dependent on experience, negotiable
- Desirable working hours (Mon - Fri, 08:00am - 5:00pm) with one hour lunch break
- Annual leave as per labour law

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
