About the Role

Around HI Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst, Sales Operations to support our client, Dell Technologies — a global leader in innovative technology solutions.

In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the smooth operation of Dell's sales systems and customer-facing platforms. You will handle incident management, technical troubleshooting, and cross-functional coordination to resolve issues that affect sales processes, order management, and customer care tools.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams to ensure uninterrupted business operations and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical support and incident management related to Dell's sales tools, Order Management Systems (OMS), and Premier Page platforms.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate technical issues to appropriate teams, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate across IT, operations, and support teams to maintain platform stability and ensure smooth order-to-cash workflows.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and performance trends, helping identify recurring issues and propose long-term fixes.
  • Provide user education and proactive support for commonly encountered technical or system issues.
  • Work in flexible shifts, including evening or night hours, to support global operations.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or relevant technical coursework is preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales operations, technical support, or a related function.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with sales, customer care, or order management systems (experience with Dell platforms is advantageous).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Dell Premier ecosystem and related sales processes.
  • Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) workflows.
  • Proven ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, OneNote).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
