IT Recruiter Sales

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Talent Sourcing & Recruiting**:
- Identify and engage with qualified IT professionals through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, and referrals).
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand their IT staffing needs.
- Collaborate with clients to define job requirements, role specifications, and hiring timelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as the point of contact for clients throughout the recruitment process.
- **Sales & Business Development**:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate leads, close deals, and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technology.
- **Negotiation & Closing**:
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
- Provide regular reports on recruitment progress, client feedback, and sales performance.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in IT recruitment or sales, ideally within the IT staffing or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of the IT landscape, including common technologies and roles (e.g., software developers, network engineers, data analysts, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales mindset and experience in business development.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is a plus.
