Timings: 7:30pm - 4:30am IST (Night Sift-ONSITE)

Location: Hitech City, HYD

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher BDE to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are eager to start a career in recruitment and sales. The primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with potential clients for placing our bench resources.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**BDE**: Source and recruit IT professionals who are on the bench and actively seek their placement with clients.

**Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

**Client Acquisition**: Identify and reach out to potential clients to establish relationships and understand their staffing needs.

**Note**: Training will be provided; no prior experience required but is a plus.

**Qualifications**:
**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
- Adaptability.
