**Job Summary**:
As a Senior Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing and growing our bench sales activities. You will leverage your expertise in recruitment and sales to place consultants on client projects, build strong relationships with clients and consultants, and ensure the successful placement of top talent. Your role will involve developing and executing strategic sales plans, negotiating contracts, and maintaining a high level of client and consultant satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter, with a minimum of 4-8 years in a senior or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and sales processes, particularly within the [industry/sector].
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and CRM systems.

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹6,000,000.00 per month
