**Bench Sales Recruiter - Job Description**

**Role Overview**:
The Bench Sales Recruiter will manage and market IT consultants on the bench, build relationships with vendors, and secure project placements. This role requires expertise in the US staffing industry, a deep understanding of visa classifications (H1B, GC, OPT, etc.), and strong negotiation and communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Market bench consultants to suitable clients and vendors.
- Maintain relationships with Tier-1 vendors and clients for placement opportunities.
- Handle negotiations related to rates, terms, and contracts.
- Identify and submit profiles for matching job requirements from portals (Dice, Monster, etc.).
- Follow up on interview schedules and onboarding processes.
- Maintain an updated database of resumes and market trends.

**Skills & Experience**:

- 4+ years in US Bench Sales recruitment.
- Knowledge of IT technologies and terms.
- Proficiency in using job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of US work visas (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, etc.).

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
