**Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter - US Staffing**

**Location: India Remote**

**Shift: Night Shift (US Timings)**

**Salary : Between ₹10,000 to ₹ 15,000 with Unlimited Incentives**

**No Of Position: 03**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and partners.
- Understand client/vendor requirements and match them with available bench consultants.
- Engage with consultants, explain the process, and enroll them for bench sales.
- Negotiate rates with vendors and clients.
- Maintain daily/weekly reports on submissions and placements.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with vendors/clients.
- Track consultant project end dates and proactively market them.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruiting.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Good knowledge of the US staffing process, work authorizations, and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
