**Job Title**: Bench Sales Recruiter

**Location**: Remote but located in Hyderabad or Bangalore

Salary plus bonus and commission

Must work in US timing (MST)

**7 years of experience and MBA required.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Bench Consultants**:

- Actively market bench consultants to prospective clients and vendors.
- Utilize job portals, social media, and networking events to identify opportunities.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and vendors for bench consultants.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for bench consultants, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure high levels of client and consultant satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
- **Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
- Negotiate rates and contract terms with clients and vendors.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic insights.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of client and consultant interactions and placements.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing and placement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA
- Proven experience in bench sales or technical recruiting, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of various IT technologies and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using job portals, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with third-party vendors and clients.
- Knowledge of H1B, OPT, CPT, and other work authorizations.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and VMS (Vendor Management Systems).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)
