**Location**:Hyderabad onsite (7:00pm to 4:00am)

We are hiring for Bench sales recruiter.

**Responsibilities**:

- Marketing our Bench Consultants (EAD/ H1B, GCs, and US CITIZEN).
- Working directly with Tier 1 Vendors/Implementation partners/Direct Clients, understanding their job requirements, and finding matching profiles from the existing bench team.
- Searching for requirements on job boards and submitting the resume.
- Communicate with the consultants daily and update them about submissions and interviews.
- Proven track record of success in identifying and placing top talent and acquiring new clients and vendors.

**Requirements**:

- Should be able to serve Night shifts
- Strong communication and negotiation
- Must be proficient in MS Office.
- Familiarity with job portals, social media platforms, and recruitment tools such as MS Office, Google Suites, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
