**Bench Sales Recruiter
- Job Description**:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a US IT Bench Sales Recruiters position at Pilvi Systems, Inc. The role will be located in Hyderabad or Chennai with the flexibility to work from home (on a case to case basis).

**Role**
- Source projects for on-bench consultants and establish/maintain relationships with T1 vendors and implementation partners.
- Manage daily client/vendor requirements and network to place consultants quickly.
- Submit resumes on job boards (DICE, Monster, Techfetch, etc.) and find job opportunities via LinkedIn, Google Groups, and social media.
- Develop social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).
- Negotiate rates, understand contracts, and manage paperwork pre and post-interview/placement.
- Self-motivated, diligent, and capable of handling multiple submissions daily.
- Experience in Corp-to-Corp placements and primary vendor interaction is required.
- This role offers potential for increased responsibilities, attractive compensation, and commissions upon successful closures.
- Minimum one year of experience in US IT Bench Sales, particularly marketing bench consultants.
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken English).
- Experience working with direct vendors and job portals (DICE, Monster, etc.).
- Familiar with posting job requirements and leveraging social media for leads.
- Knowledge of contracts (Corp-to-Corp, W-2, 1099) and understanding tax terms.
- Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working US hours (8AM - 5PM CT) and meeting monthly/quarterly targets.
- Experience with US citizens, Green Card, EAD, H1B, OPT, CPT consultants.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
