**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and fulfill staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to provide strategic insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bench sales recruitment within the IT staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and IT skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:
