**Overview**

RACE is building and deploying India’s most advanced battery-swapping infrastructure for use in 3-wheelers and 2-wheelers. We are a deep-tech start-up building and pushing the boundaries of battery-swapping technology. RACE was founded in Hyderabad in 2018 by two BITSian alumni with the intention of accelerating the electric vehicle adoption in India.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Manage daily attendance and roster for drivers, operators, service engineers, and mechanics.
- Coordinate hiring, training, and location allocation for operators, including daily attendance and communication.
- Share monthly attendance of operations teams with HR.
- Provide roadside assistance (Rakshak) for emergency cases such as vehicle breakdowns, battery issues, or other technical problems.
- Collaborate with team leaders, managers, and department heads to understand departmental needs and goals.
- Observe, review, and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Manage battery recovery for service and distribution activities to balance demand.
- Allocate vehicles for testing and internal task requirements.
- Coordinate with customer care to resolve customer issues.
- Monitor cash transactions and arrange revenue recovery.
- Perform BSS QC and maintenance every three days, following the QC steps.

Resolve latch issues, monitor battery communication status, check charger working conditions, inspect BSS dock doors, assess AC working condition, evaluate battery conditions, examine guide pin conditions, check exhaust fan condition, and rectify BSS operating display issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in relevant role is required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
