**Job Description: Construction Supervisor**

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Construction Supervisor to oversee our construction site operations. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating activities, ensuring high-quality work, and maintaining smooth daily operations to complete the project within the given timeframe and scope.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Daily Site Operations**: Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project timelines and scope.
- **Personnel Supervision**: Supervise and manage on-site personnel, including masons, laborers, and material handlers.
- **Project Coordination**: Ensure work is performed according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Regularly monitor project progress and address any delays or issues that arise to keep the project on track.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit daily reports on site activities, including progress, incidents, and any issues or changes in the project.
- **Material Management**: Track and order materials and equipment as needed, ensuring timely delivery to the site. Keep records of material stocks and usage.
- **Resource Allocation**: Efficiently manage resources to avoid delays and minimize costs.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Address and resolve conflicts or disputes that arise on-site.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all work is carried out in line with safety standards, quality expectations, and project specifications.
- **Inventory Management**: Keep accurate records of materials in stock at the site and our yard, monitoring usage and replenishment as needed.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar role.
