**Key Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.

Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent communication skills both in English and Tamil.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the management.

Update customer information in the database accurately.

Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

Provide feedback on customer needs and suggestions to the management.

**Requirements**:
undergraduate degree in any field.

0-6 months of experience in tele calling.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in professional English.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

High level of patience and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:
Experience with telecalling.

Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Proficiency in multiple languages.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Qualifications**:
Postgraduate degree in any field.

Minimum 6 months experience in administrative roles; experience in telecalling or customer service is advantageous.

Fluency in Tamil and English.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
