We are looikng for a **Telecaller **who has 1 to 3 years of experience.

**Language**:Tamil,English,Malayalam,Hindi (any one preferred)

**Location**: Coimbatore

**Experience**: 1 - 3 years

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers within the assigned regions.
- Promote the company's brand, products, and services effectively.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to create brand awareness and establish a positive image.
- Provide accurate information about the company's offerings to interested individuals.
- Handle inquiries and address customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions, including call logs and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and targets.
- Meet daily reporting requirements by submitting detailed reports at the end of each day.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in **Tamil, English, Hindi, and Malayalam** languages is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage customers in meaningful conversations and build rapport.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service roles is an advantage.
- High level of enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
