**Job Role**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and fluent **Telecaller** to join our admissions team.The role involves engaging with prospective students and parents over the phone, guiding them about our courses, and supporting the admissions process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential students and handle inbound queries.
- Explain course details, batch timings, and admission procedures.
- Maintain proper follow-up and ensure walk-ins or admissions.
- Update and manage daily call logs and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the counseling and academic team as needed.

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in a telecalling or customer service role.
- Fluency in **Tamil and English** is mandatory.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
