**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Level**: Freshers preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain the academy’s training programs and offerings.
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone and provide accurate and detailed information.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to ensure conversion.
- Address student queries and provide information about course structures, fees, and enrollment procedures.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Support promotional and marketing campaigns by reaching out to target audiences.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and enrollment targets.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Minimum qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior experience in telecalling is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages are a plus).
- Confidence and the ability to engage with potential students over the phone.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
