**How can you help?**

XenonStack's People Excellence team is looking for HR Generalist who have a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation. If you have a passion for HR, and are familiar with labor law, this is the place to be.

The goal is to ensure the HR departments operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organisation as a whole.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provides direction to employees at all levels of the company regarding Company policies and procedures.
- Assist in Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes
- Works with Business Partner and to revise and update Company policies, procedures, prepares and maintains employee handbooks.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organise training & development initiatives
- Assists with the coordination of Company functions as needed
- Responsible for communicating company information
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Contribute towards space planning, Employee orientation, training & development

**Technical Requirements**
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
- Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
- Must be organised & methodological to problem solving approach
- Knowledge of Performance Management
- Knowledge of labor legislation & legalities in relation to HR & employment rights
- Knowledge of compensation & benefits system

**Education/Qualification **:Bachelors in Human Resource, Masters is a Plus

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- HR: 1 year (preferred)
