We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive who can handle in-house recruitment requirements of the Company

**Responsibilities**:

- Has to take care of Bulk/Volume Hiring & Campus Hiring
- Has to have good experience in Sourcing through different job boards such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed etc
- Experience of handling Social Networking sites will be an added advantage
- Coordinating with Hiring Managers for interview
- Salary Negotiation and Offer discussion
- Completing documentation of the new joiners

**Requirements**:

- Hands-on recruitment portal (paid and unpaid)
- Knowledge of the current market, competitors, and resources
- At least 1- 2 year experience in IT recruitment
- Basic understanding of technologies such as PHP, React, Node.Js, Mobile Apps, Social Marketing and sales profile
- Experience in campus recruitment is an advantage.
- Qualification
- Any graduate or postgraduate

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹32,428.44 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (required)
