Introduction:
He/She would handle end-to-end Recruitment & get on board the potential talent to ensure that the business is armed with an able workforce. The position will be responsible for quick turnaround of vacant positions & ensuring the acquisition of quality talent within the recruitment budget.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Skills required Job
- Graduate with minimum 4-5 years of working experience in Recruiter or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills & strong network in recruitment Industry.
- MBA in HR would be an added advantage
- High competency with MS-Office specifically Excel, Word & Power Point is a critical requirement.
- Must be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skills
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
