**Job Title**: Talent Acquisition Executive (IT Recruiter).
**Duration**: Full Time.
**Location**: Mohali (TDI Business Centre), Chandigarh.
**Experience**: 2+Year.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source IT professionals using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Handle offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Represent the company positively throughout the hiring process.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques and tools.
- Confident, reliable, and a strong team player.

**Preferences**:

- Prior experience in IT recruitment.
- Open to work in Mohali location for Mandatory 5days a week.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: From ₹450,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kharar, Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
