**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process specifically for IT profiles.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and finalize job descriptions.

Maintain and update the recruitment database and prepare regular hiring reports.

Manage job postings, employer branding, and talent pipeline development for IT roles.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with various job portals and social media recruiting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹37,000.00 per month
