**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily calendars, appointments, travel plans, and reminders with precision and foresight.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers for seamless daily operations.
- Assist the Directors during meetings, conferences, events, and off-site engagements.
- Participate actively in organizational events, networking activities, and external engagements as required.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes, and ensure timely documentation.
- Oversee arrangements for guests, meetings, and hospitality with warmth and attention to detail.
- Handle practical and logístical aspects, including errands, deliveries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel or event details as required.
- Maintain an organized workspace and take initiative to manage smaller yet meaningful tasks that make each day more productive and comfortable.
- Be hands-on, adaptable, and ready to step in for ad-hoc or time-sensitive requirements, especially during events or travel.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
