
Executive Assistant to CEO

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for MD/CEO.
- Draft, proofread, and format emails, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle internal and external communication with professionalism and clarity.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases for easy retrieval.
- Assist in preparing business reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
- Act as the point of contact between MD/CEO and employees, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
