Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, coordinating complex schedules, and arranging travel itineraries.
- Manage the CEO's Google Calendar, ensuring accurate and up-to-date scheduling.
- Develop and maintain intricate spreadsheets using Excel to track and analyze key performance metrics.
- Prepare and review presentations, reports, and other documents for the CEO's review.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients.
- Anticipate and resolve administrative issues, exercising sound judgment and discretion.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a legal environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite, particularly Google Calendar.
- Impeccable organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
